How do I contact ATI Outdoors?

Our standard business hours are Monday through Friday,
9:00 AM to 4:00 PM CST.
You can also use the contact form on our Contact Us page, and a member
of our team will get back to you as soon as possible.
How do I return an item?
ATI Outdoors accepts returns for items purchased directly from
www.atioutdoors.com.
If you purchased your item from another store, dealer, or online retailer,
please return it to the original place of purchase.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for 100% of the product's
purchase price, as long as the item has not been damaged, modified, or
returned with missing parts.
Before sending anything back, please contact ATI Outdoors so we can issue
an RMA number. Items must be returned in original, new condition and packaging.
Refunds are issued within 15 business days after ATI receives the returned item.
How do I track my order?
You can track your order using the Order Tracking page on atioutdoors.com.
Enter your Order ID and billing email address, then click Track. Your Order ID
can be found on your receipt and in the order confirmation email you received
after placing your order.
How do I cancel my order?
ATI Outdoors works hard to process and ship orders as quickly as possible.
Because orders are processed quickly, they cannot be interrupted once they
have been placed.
If you need to cancel an order, please wait until the order has been delivered
and then begin a return according to our Return Policy.
If you forgot to add an item to your order, please place a separate order.
The additional item will ship separately and will have its own order number
and tracking link.
Does this fit my gun?
Many ATI Outdoors products are designed to fit specific firearm models,
gauges, or platforms. Please review the product title, product description,
fitment details, and any listed compatibility information before ordering.
If you are unsure whether a product will fit your firearm, contact us before
placing your order. Please include your firearm's make, model, gauge or caliber,
and any other relevant details so our team can help confirm compatibility.
ATI Outdoors manufactures and sells firearm accessories only. We do not sell
firearms, ammunition, or regulated or serialized components.
How fast is your shipping?
ATI Outdoors ships to the contiguous United States, Alaska, and Hawaii.
Alaska and Hawaii may have increased shipping rates due to higher shipping costs.
Orders ship within 72 hours or less, with most orders shipping the next business
day Monday through Friday. Overnight and 2-Day shipping orders must be placed by
12:00 PM CST to help ensure same-day shipment.
Please note that 2-Day shipping refers to business days only. Some products may
require up to 24 hours of lead time to prepare for shipment. ATI Outdoors does
not ship individual website orders internationally.
