This modification was easy for me, as I am an amateur gunsmith and a retired master machinist. This is the second 1895 small ring Chilean Mauser on which I have installed one of these. Very high polish finish, very strong. Included with the handle were the drill and tap, and the screw.
I was impressed by very good craftsmanship, it matches the original bolt.
Fit perfectly have used before always a good fit
Only took about 30 min to do the mod. Way easier than welding or bending.
