I got this to replace a side folding stock on my Mossberg 500, because it was bulky and heavy. This stock is light and appears strong, but is composite. I thought it was steel.
Bought this for my new Mossberg 500 (18.5 inch barrel). 100% satisfied product and shipping. All of the function controls of the gun are still easily accessible. No issues at all. Great product.
